How payment works

Deposit, paid up front once we agree on a written quote. It is applied to your total price, not added on top. Deposits are for builds only (not the $49 single edit).

You own your domain and all site files. Host them wherever you like; there's no lock-in and no required monthly plan.
Small fixes
Only need a few small fixes? Ask. Prices are somewhat negotiable for small jobs.

How it works

    Tell us your current site (or that you don't have one yet), your business name and a phone number.

  2. Free homepage mockup

    We review your site and build a homepage mockup from your own content, so you can see the difference before deciding.

  3. Fixed quote and deposit

    Pick a package and agree on a written quote. A $150 deposit, applied to your price, gets the build started.

  4. Build and review

    We build the pages and you review them before anything is final.

  5. Handoff

    Balance due on delivery, and you get all the files. We can help put them on your host if you'd like.

Common questions

Are prices final?

The listed prices are fixed, plus tax. For larger jobs we'll confirm a quote first, and for a few small fixes the price is somewhat negotiable.

What does the deposit do?

A $150 deposit reserves your build and is applied to your total. On a $249 refresh, for example, you'd pay $150 up front and the remaining balance, plus tax, on delivery. The deposit applies to builds only, not to a $49 single edit.

Who owns the website?

You do. Your domain stays in your name and you get all the files, ready to host anywhere.

Do you host the site or charge monthly?

No monthly plan is required. You can keep your current host. If you'd like help moving the files onto it, just ask.

What if I need a change later?

A single small edit after delivery is $49 plus tax.

Is this a website builder?

No. It's done for you. You get finished, hand-built pages, not a do-it-yourself account.
